Why are Norwich BID taking over Norwich Cocktail Week?
With citywide celebrations including Norwich Wine Week and Norwich Summer Sessions already under our wing, bringing Cocktail Week into the Norwich BID calendar felt like a very natural next step.
Norwich Cocktail Week has been running for several years already, and we want to say a huge thanks to the previous organisers for all their hard work in creating and building this wonderful event.
Now we’re excited to be taking on and re-launching Norwich Cocktail Week in 2025 with fountains of fresh energy; this will include our bold new branding, new gamified trails to discover, a new website and event app (currently in the works), and plenty more in the mix too.

Pick a signature cocktail and mocktail
These drinks will be your headline serves for the week and will be featured as part of our Cocktail Week trails, on the app, and through accompanying social promotion. Visitors on the trail will be able to unlock the cocktails at your special price by scanning a QR code you’ll be supplied with using the event app.
Host an event
Alongside your cocktail offering, we’re looking for venues to help us make the week even more memorable by hosting one-off curated events. From cocktail-making masterclasses and tasting sessions, to live music or themed nights, there’s plenty of room to get creative and show off what makes your venue so unique through your love of cocktails.
Cost
To help deliver an unforgettable Norwich Cocktail Week 2025, we’re asking all participating venues to contribute a modest fee of £50. This will go towards supporting the extensive marketing and promotion we’ll undertake for the event, designed to put your venue in the spotlight and drive increased footfall.
