Norwich Cocktail Week (26 September – 5 October) is a fantastic event that celebrates the city’s vibrant cocktail scene. It’s the perfect excuse to gather your friends and explore the diverse range of bars that Norwich has to offer.
With many venues participating, you can go on a cocktail trail, discovering new spots and revisiting old favourites. Beyond simply enjoying a drink, the week includes special events like cocktail-making masterclasses, where you can learn to shake and stir your own creations under the guidance of expert mixologists.
It’s a great opportunity to celebrate all things cocktails, from classic concoctions to innovative new drinks, and appreciate the artistry behind them.

How do the trails work?
- Download the Norwich Cocktail Week App: Start by downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Scan to Unlock Offers: At each participating venue, use the app to check-in when purchasing ANY cocktail on the menu, and to unlock access to a Signature Cocktail (priced at £7.50) and Mocktail (priced at £6.00).
- Complete a Trail, earn a T-Shirt: As you visit venues along a trail route, you can collect digital stamps. Complete a trail to get a Norwich Cocktail Week T-shirt (subject to availability).
What are the dates?
Norwich Cocktail Week is happening during 26 Sept – 5 October, incorporating two weekends (9 days in total!). You will need to download the Norwich Cocktail Week App to take advantage of all the offers and events.
How do I get a discounted Cocktail and Mocktail
First you’ll need the Norwich Cocktail Week app. Then when you visit any of the venues scan the QR code to check in and you will be able to purchase a Signature £7.50 Cocktail or £6.00 Mocktail that the team have created exclusively for Norwich Cocktail Week. All the bars taking part are listed on the app!
Can I have any drink on the menu for £7.50
Our bars work hard to create special drinks for Norwich Cocktail Week so no – it’s not every drink on the list – just those that are marked as Signature Cocktails or Norwich Cocktail Week Specials. If in doubt about the Signature Cocktail/Mocktail available – please ask.
What age must I be to take part?
Norwich Cocktail Week is an 18+ event, therefore ID may be required when purchasing drinks. Please note, venues adhere to the Challenge 25 policy so don’t be offended if you’re lucky enough to look younger than your years.
How do I get involved?
You will need to download the Norwich Cocktail Week App to take advantage of all the offers and events. You can download this from the app store by searching ‘Norwich Cocktail Week’.
How do I see if my favourite bar is involved?
On the Norwich Cocktail Week App we have listed each venue in the ‘Venues’ tab, here you can see if your favourite venue is taking part.
I don't drink much, or at all.
No Alcohol or low alcohol mocktail options are available for £6.00 to go alongside venues main Signature Cocktails.
This means that you can choose to take things more slowly – or not drink alcohol at all if you prefer!
Does everyone in my group have to download the app to get the offers?
We encourage everyone to download the app to see the exclusive offers and events. Once you’ve downloaded the app and completed a trail, you can pick up a Norwich Cocktail Week T-shirt!
Is there a printed map?
Norwich Cocktail Week is fully mobile-optimised, so you can plan your night out as you go. We will not be printing guidebooks for this reason.
