Norwich Cocktail Week returns 25 September until 4 October and in celebration we are giving away a fabulous 1-night stay for two with dinner and- of course, cocktails! In addition the winner will also receive First Class rail tickets with Greater Anglia from London.
Norwich Cocktail Week returns in September (25 – 4 Oct) with over 40 city centre venues creatively crafting delicious tipples. As well as trails, themed events, masterclasses, tastings and one-off experiences, each venue will be serving exclusive signature cocktails for just £7.50, and mocktails for £6.

NORWICH BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PRIZE COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Promoter
The Promoter is: Norwich Business Improvement District Limited of c/o Fosters Solicitors William House, 19 Bank Plain, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 4FS (“Norwich Cocktail Week”).
The competition is called ‘Win a night stay in Norwich’ and can be entered via the Norwich Cocktail Week website. The prize includes:
- 1 night at 38 St Giles, a 4* award-winning boutique accommodation situated in the heart of the Norwich Lanes close to bars, indi shops, cultural venues and great places to eat. Enjoy little touches like homemade cakes on arrival paired with comfort, character, and luxury.
- Cocktails and dinner at Amelia’s Bar & Kitchen a family-owned, independent cafe restaurant where dinner combines classic, Mediterranean and Moroccan inspired dishes to showcase their cultural heritage.
- Two return Greater Anglia First Class tickets from London Liverpool Street to Norwich. Travel pass is valid for Greater Anglia services only. First Class is only available on certain Norwich to London intercity services. Travel must be booked at least 14 days in advance. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. There may be engineering works on certain Greater Anglia routes. Please check service alterations before travelling.
How to enter
The competition will run from 3pm on 16 September and close at 4 pm on Wednesday 30 September.
All competition entries must be received by Norwich Cocktail Week by no later than the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and will not be included in the draw.
To enter the competition:
Enter the competition via the Norwich Cocktail Week website, which will take you to a WooBox online form.
Your email address must be an active email address to claim the prize.
No purchase necessary and there is no charge to enter.
Norwich Cocktail Week will not accept:
responsibility for competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All entries received before the Closing Date shall be entered into a blind prize draw using a unique reference number and will be drawn at random using a Random Comment Generator
The competition is only open to all residents in the UK except:
Employees of Norwich BID or its holding or subsidiary companies
In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Norwich Cocktail Week may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
Norwich Cocktail Week will not accept competition entries that are:
automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
completed by third parties or in bulk;
illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
photocopies and not originals; or incomplete.
Norwich Cocktail Week reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
The prize Terms and Conditions.
The prize is supplied by Greater Anglia, 38 St Giles, and Amelia’s. Norwich Cocktail Week reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Norwich Cocktail Week control makes it necessary to do so.
- Travel pass is valid for Greater Anglia services only. First Class is only available on certain Norwich to London intercity services.
- Travel must be booked at least 14 days in advance.
- Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over.
- There may be engineering works on certain Greater Anglia routes. Please check service alterations before travelling.
- Due to the possibility of industrial action, rail services may be subject to change. In the event of disruption, Greater Anglia will aim to accommodate alternative arrangements, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
- Dinner and cocktails at Amelia’s up to the value of £75. Underspend of this amount will not be refunded. Any overspend will be paid for by the prize-winner.
- Reservation for dinner must be made in advance directly with the restaurant.
- Giveaway is subject to availability.
- Winner to advise the restaurant of any dietary requirements and allergies directly.
- Accommodation at 38 St Giles is for two adults sharing a double room.
- This giveaway must be taken by 31 May 2027.
- Giveaway cannot be taken over a public holiday incl Christmas and Easter.
- Accommodation is offered on a Room Only basis and parking is not included.
Winners
The winner will be drawn at random by the Woobox random generator, using the email address provided by the entrant.
The decision of Norwich Cocktail Week is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
Norwich Cocktail Week will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date using the email address provided with the competition entry.
Norwich Cocktail Week must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Norwich Cocktail Week will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the address set out above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Norwich Cocktail Week on [email protected] . In such circumstances, Norwich Cocktail Week must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Claiming the prize
If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 14 of days from the Announcement Date to book the prize.
Norwich Cocktail Week will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner up to three times. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within [7 days of the third attempt of contact, Norwich Cocktail Week reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
Norwich Cocktail Week does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Norwich Cocktail Week , its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Norwich Cocktail Week , its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
Norwich Cocktail Week does not claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry.
You agree that Norwich Cocktail Week may, in their sole discretion, make your entry available on its website and in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You grant Norwich Cocktail Week a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
Data protection and publicity

General
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Norwich Cocktail Week may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
Norwich Cocktail Week reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
