Sample a strawberry daquiri on arrival and learn for yourself the craft of cocktail making and the history behind some of the World’s most iconic cocktails! On top of tasting your very own cocktail you will also get to sample our Head Cantinero’s special cocktail only available for this one off Masterclass!

Don’t worry if rum isn’t your thing we offer a variety of different cocktails to cater for all palettes!

Melville & Sons – Patrón Advanced Tequila Training & Additive Workshop 

A deep dive into the production choices that shape the tequila category. Through an academic and hands-on format, we will explore the impact of different production methods, whilst tasting examples to draw our own conclusions about quality and authenticity.

This workshop highlights how Patrón is crafted by hand, using traditional methods in small batches

The Last – Cocktail Masterclass

Join the reigning holder of the Cocktail Week award Jennifer Nimmerfeldt as she guides you through the making of 3 signature cocktails. Enjoy some bar snacks and the cocktails themselves and learn how true cocktails are made from scratch and the subtle flavours that can be brought out through different combinations. Lasting 90 minutes and starting at 5pm each evening these immersive events will be a “must do”!
